Netta Dobbins is an accomplished marketing executive and strategist with over a decade of experience building brands.  She leads the marketing team for INSPIRE1 with strategies designed to drive customer retention, and fuel growth for both startups and global enterprises. Netta has partnered with high-growth companies to create and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact—not just flashy campaigns.

From lifecycle marketing and lead generation to executive leadership and go-to-market strategy.   Netta is focused on bringing deeply strategic, customer-centric approach to every engagement. Beyond her consultancy, Netta serves as Tennessee's Grow with Google Coach, where she provides free marketing training and hands-on coaching to small business owners. This mission work ensures that the digital tools and opportunities available in today’s economy are accessible to all. 

Previously, as the CEO and Co-Founder of Mimconnect, a career platform focused on connecting underrepresented talent to opportunities in marketing, media, and tech.  Through her leadership the platform the company became relied on as a trusted partner for companies seeking to hire diverse, high-impact professionals. 

Netta’s career includes senior strategy roles at top marketing agencies like Translation LLC and DKC, where she led major campaigns for brands including Nike, Google, NBA, Amazon, and State Farm. Whether creating integrated marketing campaigns or developing brand positioning strategies, Netta blends data, creativity, and cultural insight to drive results. 

Netta also served as an entrepreneur-in-Residence at Bright Ventures, where she mentored early-stage founders and advised on brand growth, strategy, and innovation.
