CynthiaHeather Frappier is an Operations consultant with more than 17 years of experience supporting leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations. At INSPIRE1 Heather focuses on day-to-day operations, ensuring that priorities are aligned.   Heather focuses on both strategic and hands-on support across operations, executive administration and internal marketing coordination. She is known for her ability to step into complex environments, quickly assess what’s needed, and implement systems and workflows that create efficiency and ease.  She is intricately involved with managing client profiles ensuring smooth workflow.

Heather began her career in corporate roles at Steinhafels and Schreiber Foods, where she developed a strong foundation in process improvement, cross-functional coordination, and executive support. She brings that experience to INSPIRE1 ensuring that the organization stays focused on what matters most.
