Cynthia Whitfield-Story

Cynthia Whitfield-Story is the President and CEO of INSPIRE1, LLC, an executive coaching and business consulting firm focused on leadership development, strategic alignment, and organizational growth. With more than 35 years of leadership, coaching, and consulting experience, Cynthia brings a rare combination of executive insight and practical leadership expertise.

Prior to founding INSPIRE1, Cynthia served as a Senior Vice President at Allstate Insurance Company, where she led a $2 billion revenue region across five states and oversaw more than 2,500 sales professionals. She is certified in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centered Coaching, and Hogan Personality Assessments.
